Western traditions are heavily influenced by Greek and Enlightenment logic. But in the East, the laws of contradiction and the excluded middle are far less important than spiritual wellbeing. People concentrate more on the benefits of ritual and congregation, and a lot less on scriptures and analysis. Not really? There’s not actually any dogma or doctrine. It’s the most accepting religious community that I’ve been a part of. Our silent worship helps in regards to mindfulness.
