The two Clinique products are oil based, so I don’t have to scrub the Warning I May Start Talking About Cue Sports At Any Time Pool T-Shirt and I love this hell out of my aging eyes. I just give them time to work. This routine gets off my makeup. If my eyes feel like an infection is threatening, I also use a hypochlorous acid spray (like this or this) on my eyelids/lash line. My mom has a cottage. I don’t have enough money to stock my own home and her cottage with all my doodads, and I hate dragging all my products back and forth. At the cottage, I use Ponds Fragrance-Free Cold Cream Cleanser on my make up. I tissue it off, then I add water, try to get the remnants to emulsify, then wash that off. Then I follow with the Eucerin Cleanser. Makeup removing balm is the best. I use Farmacy’s. Micellar water hurts my eyes so I don’t use it. I also use the reusable makeup remover cloths. As long as you wash them frequently they shouldn’t be a problem I use the Heroine KissMe mascara remover! It comes in a blue tube with a wand. Idk what’s in it but it removes my 3 layers of waterproof mascara so easily! I too have this problem. Oil based removers work best for me, but I still can’t ever get it all off. I have no idea why. I have sensitive skin and doing an extensive eye “scrubbing” often is not worth it so I use mascara very sparingly. Edited to add: I know this isn’t helpful, but there were so many people doubting this experience I had to commiserate.

I feel you! Try using micellar water on the Warning I May Start Talking About Cue Sports At Any Time Pool T-Shirt and I love this soft object of your choice, I usually split a cotton ball in half, and gently resting them on your lashes without rubbing for about thirty seconds longer than you feel like you should. I discovered this after years of practically ripping my eyelids immediately trying to scrub with remover. Picture it like melting it away and you’re just sweeping away the melted residue. If you still have mascara left on your lashes just flip the cotton balls and saturate that side with more micellar water and repeat. This ! I’m bewildered at everyone who can’t remove their makeup with micellar water. I even remove the waterproof stuff with it, doing what you described. You press it for a few seconds and it comes right off. It also can depend on the micellar water used and of the person but I don’t doubt the fact that there must be a micellar water for everyone out there. ( I use it with reusable washing pad, I wash them between every use and of you’re afraid to get an eye infection like OP, even when keeping them clean, you can always spray some 70% alcohol on them half an hour ( or whatever time it takes the alcohol to evaporate before use ).
