You’ll probably start to hear your inner monologue, or several if you have ADHD. Picture each thought at something harmless that fits with the Virgil Comic Shirt Furthermore, I will do this place you created. Watch them. You don’t have to interact with them. They are the thoughts happening in your mind, but you are sitting peacefully. If you are sitting at the beach, they are just birds squawking. If you are at a lake, the fireflies are lovely this evening look how they all flutter around. If you want to interact with them, here is where you can do some shadow work, some therapy, basically deflate the stress. Reach out and take that thought and look at it. Think about it. Is this a thought I want to have? No? Toss it. If it’s painful, go into that thought with all the love and acceptance you can muster. Gentle parent the heck out of it. Send that thought out to go back to play with the others.

Virgil Comic Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Every bad thought did some damage, you’re going to heal it. You can change your entire mood having a bad thought, you can change it with good thoughts. Rewire your brain. It takes work and time, but after a while you’ll notice the Virgil Comic Shirt Furthermore, I will do this bad thoughts aren’t as frequent, the brain chatter gets quieter. Other people will start to notice a change in your attitude and presence. You will start to feel at peace and others will feel at peace around you. The same thing happens to me. It seems like I have to be in a certain state of mind to meditate properly and I have a difficult time with it. I tend to start overthinking it and I get frustrated. The key is not to stop the thoughts, but to stop identifying with them. Once you stop identifying with the attacking thoughts, they will stop. But if you resist and combat them they will remain to the degree that you keep engaging with them.
