She was told she wasn’t allowed to use the Vintage Spain spaniard flag hispanic heritage month shirt also I will do this girls bathroom and because of her genitalia she needs to use the boys bathroom. Then she, in protest, boycotts the school in attempt of gaining accommodations. The school in response sent officers to her private residence to scare her back into going to school. Do you see nothing wrong here? I just want all the transphobes to know that I am AMAB non-binary trans fem, have a dick and a deep voice, and am tall, and I use the women’s room to do my business and literally no one has ever given a fuck, and there is nothing you can do to stop me. I think someone somewhere in the events or in the creation of this post is misleading or misunderstood something…or tried to take advantage of the situation. Just sounds weird Yeah, there seems to be some information missing from this story. I couldn’t find an article with enough background.

She couldn’t use the Vintage Spain spaniard flag hispanic heritage month shirt also I will do this bathroom for her gender identity. Typically if kids can’t access facilities they can’t be in the school. For example, if they shut the water off the kids have to be sent home. The school did not accommodate her needs. They should let her use the girls room as being singled out and removed from the appropriate grouping can make dysphoria and such much much worse AND transgender women should be in women’s spaces because they are women. Transgender women are significantly more likely to be attacked in bathrooms, yet there has never been a case of transgender women attacking women or children. I wouldn’t say there’s “never been a case of transgender women attacking women or children.”. There’s bad batches in every basket. But multiple observational studdies have shown that allowing gender diverse people use the bathroom they define with does not increase odds of assualt or sexual assault in those areas. In fact, the overal rate of crime goes down since cis men don’t have the opportunity to beat up a trans person if she isn’t around them
