Unfortunately the industry doesn’t see it that way. The “job market is hot” thing is BS. I was applying in 2020/2021 with LESS EXPERIENCE and getting a job was a lot easier, especially in 2021. In 2018/19 too. Heck even the 2020 job market was better than this.
