Yeah, it would be a pass from me too. My brother bought a place a few years ago, apparently it was where the Vintage Lizzie Birdsworth Got Any Grog Shirt Also,I will get this local big drug dealer lived. Three weeks after moving in, the police raided him at 5am. Bit of a backlog in updating the police database I think. When I was a kid my parents bought their first house under similar circumstances, dirt cheap and falling apart because the previous occupants were drug dealers/general criminals. While gutting it my dad found various sealed packages stashed in cavities behind radiators and we had a lot of visits from bailiffs and other odd characters for the first year before it became clear we weren’t the same family. Fortunately no violence or other incidents but certainly worth considering.

On the Vintage Lizzie Birdsworth Got Any Grog Shirt Also,I will get this bright side we didn’t encounter any further issues and the rest of the street invited us to a party when we moved in as they were celebrating the previous lot moving out. I’d be interested to know something similar, I rented a flat a few years ago, the agent didn’t disclose there was a murder there until I had paid everything and I signed the contract, was that legal? I had people asking if anyone died in the house last time we sold, some people care even if it isn’t a violent death. I would be concerned with OP’s situation that you might get people turn up who don’t know or remember that the house isn’t owned by the gang anymore. If you were going to change the outside appearance that might mitigate that potential issue in part but there is always a chance that someone may think there are drugs or money still stashed and try to find it. Sounds like a hassle. Really? I would have found that a really odd question? Around 50% of people die in their homes in the UK, but the older the house is the more likely someone has died in it. My house was built in 1853 and I am certain a number of people would have died here over the years, especially before the advent of the NHS.
