EAs absolutely insane as this is, them referring to it as a “customized delivery method” makes it hilarious. Imagine someone putting in the Vintage Always be Yourself Unless You Can be a Dragon Then Always be a Dragon T-Shirt moreover I love this delivery instructions “when you reach my house, don’t stop. Just toss the food out your window and keep driving” and the driver actually doing that You’re talking to a robot. If you are ever talking to a robot just type or say “speak to human” over and over until you are speaking to a human. Customise paying the invoice by using a trebuchet to launch small bags of loose change into the windows of the HQ This happened to me, I ordered some food that had broken a hole in the bag and all that was left was the residue from the stir fry. Agent was definitely trolling and needs to be fired. Horrible representation of what is actually by far the Vintage Always be Yourself Unless You Can be a Dragon Then Always be a Dragon T-Shirt moreover I love this best customer service experience. Last time I informed them the driver didn’t deliver to my door, just the front of my apartment complex and they just gave me a full refund in 2 seconds even though I was still on my way down the elevator to grab the food (still there.) And this kind of ultra courtesy is common for them. Honest question: Why not take a picture? Is there no way to send it to them? I’m honestly surprised taking pictures with deliveries isn’t more of a thing. It should be the standard if you are going to leave something by the door, take a picture of it by the door and send it either to DD or the person to know it was delivered.
