These false Christians do not want to be pious. They do not wish to be charitable for charity’s sake. They want to be perceived as pious, to be seen as charitable and giving. All while embracing some of the Vikings Kirk Cousins Dream Official Shirt Besides,I will do this most selfish policies to date. Propagandizing the Bible, and their “Faith”, in an effort to lend some twisted form of validity to their selfish and ego driven ways. They don their sheep’s clothing made of Jesus and misquoted scripture to cover the wolf that always has, and always will, lurk beneath. Philosophers of greed have found a quite welcoming home within the Churches in that regard. Though their self judging “prosperity gospel” and holier than thou rhetoric used to punch down rather than choosing the path to lift one up is precisely why no matter how desperately they want to believe in their God, it is their God who doesn’t believe in them.

A lack of education (or more so, lacking desire to learn beyond what one “knows”) and complacency with instilled belief systems which often propagates the Vikings Kirk Cousins Dream Official Shirt Besides,I will do this generational fear mongering we’ve all become somewhat privy to. Though it is true that the Christian Church and certain schools of philosophical thought have been butting heads for one reason or another since, well, always it seems (Gnosticism for one). But the relationship between philosophy and religion is more nuanced and tight knit than most ever particularly care to dig into – example being the bulk of medieval philosophy. Which while vastly interesting, isn’t the most entertaining bit of literature around. Some practitioners of the Christian faith use parts of scripture to allude to an idea that philosophy (and Science as many know) is diametrically opposed to Christian belief systems. That such topics are direct challenges and personal affronts on fundamental “truths” and knowledge. That one should avoid even the study of such things for they just may be the works of demons (cue spooky music). In reality, a number of the most learned Men and Women in our history were Christians. Philosophers, Scientists, Scholars, etc. St. Thomas Aquinas, a medieval scholastic philosopher comes to mind. Another, John Wesley; though not a philosopher per se, makes mention of Aquinas in “An Address to the Clergy”, published in 1756. In it he discussed the qualifications of a minister of Christ. Read through and you will find the following passage:

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
