I’m honestly hesitant to post this because I think it’s anxiety and don’t want to spend time worrying about it, but I also just feel like I need a bit of reassurance that I’m not alone here? Is this common? Any way to fix it? My sleeping isn’t great (because of my anxiety) but I have a decent diet, exercise, meditate, etc. My blood tests all came back good.I don’t know what kind of meditation your practicing. But I think a deep state meditation can be very helpful for you, I can recommend Ally from youtube, her voice and calmness was my way in to a very beneficial meditation practice, I started out with her 10 min. videos and went on to the Vauban Circle Logo Warframe shirt Apart from…,I will love this 20 then 30 and ended with the 40 min. ones and now I practice unassisted, and can now get in this deep state in a matter of 10 min. or so – this took me a quarter of daily practice before I got to this point, she was truly a life saviour to me! My nervous system was pretty much shattered before embarking on this journey.

I’m also a person who has experience “afflictive thought”. Once during a retreat I experienced the Vauban Circle Logo Warframe shirt Apart from…,I will love this plethora of thoughts that cascade without ending and that it seemed every atom gave birth to a million thoughts. Indeed there is no end to it. Thinking is perfectly normal and one has to really be ok with oneself having many thoughts. We can’t really control our mind by telling it to shut up. That will always have the opposite effect. By chasing thought we give it energy and it just works harder. Be allowing our thoughts to be exactly as they are, we stop giving them energy. As soon as we give them the freedom to be what they are with interference they are seen as empty. When that happens they vanish. Another requirement is to ground one’s awareness in the body. If our awareness is up in our head, we are too close to our thoughts and they can’t be seen.
