This is a dangerous game tho. What is stopping Republicans from doing the Uterus Shows Middle Finger Feminist Feminism T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this same thing when the balance of the court switches. I’m still trying to find why this logic wouldn’t work with guns, if banning abortion prevents abortion, wouldn’t banning guns prevent gun deaths? Sort of how banning illegal drugs has been preventing illegal drug use, lol I am not surprised that the courts ability to think rationally has been called into question after trumps nominations. I mean, there were some questionable nominations before his, but i think those tipped the scales HARD. Interesting take. I’m curious if this can backfire because of that point of thinking. Not commenting on the Uterus Shows Middle Finger Feminist Feminism T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this content, but do they know what a D-R-A-F-T is? If he’s going to piss everyone off they might as well see the final version. You mean this is what calls it into question? Not the fact that zero people voted for any of the justices, or that fact that they all have lifetime appointments and zero restrictions. We put 9 people in power to make change for 1/3 of a billion people. Is this Dem vs GOP, or good vs evil ask yourself why are you so worked up about taking a life in the womb? Are you being brainwashed? It’s quite possible the leak was deliberate. It’s one way to get a feel for public reaction and what the counter arguments would be. And they’ve still got months to fine tune it. Or maybe wind it back to something that’s effectively a ban, but feels better because it’s not the nuclear option everyone is reading now? Looks like the Post Dispatch finally decided to put forth some decent journalistic editorial after being dormant for decades. Good on them According to this decision, the moment pregnant women reach the threshold of no longer qualifying for an abortion, their personhood ends and they become living, state-regulated incubators without the right to make decisions about their bodies (unless something happens to exempt them from being state-regulated incubators). It’s draconian. If Dems and the left could win a revolution bi would be all for it… But they aren’t built for it it requires dirty work by dirty people and the left would rather die then appear to compromise their beliefs and the Dems the ones that matter are wealthy enough to leave the country.
