A fair bit of work has gone into the USA Cities States Totality April 8 2024 Total Solar Eclipse T-Shirt in addition I really love this city centre to remedy this such as the rebuilding of the Bullring in the noughties and Birmingham New Street (aka Grand Central) in the tens, and there’s a great deal more life in these areas now, but obviously it’s still going to look grotty in other areas. In my experience, it’s the rebuilt post-war/60s-era areas that are dying on their arse, whereas newer developments (one of which is in the works in Digbeth I think) and surviving more historical areas have more life. To say that Birmingham is devoid of things to do and see isn’t totally fair. As for the people, the accent might be a bit jarring but I’ve found Brummies and their neighbouring Blackcountrymen to be a sound bunch with a common sharp sense of humour. I always found it quite easy to make likeminded friends.

With this all being said, I personally never really warmed to the USA Cities States Totality April 8 2024 Total Solar Eclipse T-Shirt in addition I really love this place and I’m glad I moved from Derby up to Stoke, as I’m now within spitting distance of Manchester, which in my opinion is a far superior and livelier city… though I am biased as I grew up nearby on Tameside. There’s some great curry restaurants in Birmingham, best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot all over the country. Been there shopping a few times too I’m sorry but a German posting and asking why a city in the U.K. is aesthetically ugly is literally one of the funniest posts I could ever imagine being on Reddit. 175 more repliesOkay I don’t know much at all. But I’m wondering, my impression from what I do hear, is if it basically has to do with Birmingham being a working class manufacturing city that became pretty impoverished when the manufacturing disappeared, never really had the wealth and sophistication that created a lot of the things that make a city interesting, no offense, but also that London became far too big a pull for anyone with that creativity or sophistication, pulling away anyone that might have made the city more interesting, and then, people with any means left the city for suburbs or other cities and it languished. Not to say poor people can’t create a vibrant community. Often, it is poor, immigrants, minorities and marginalized groups that create a lot of energy and creativity to a city, but if much of that gravitates towards London, you lose a lot of that.
