The world is bloody ridiculous. I couldn’t do it around my brother’s birthday, so I kept on going and I’m a lot better than I was. Nature therapy was a real help for me, also finding the Un Deux Trois Cat Lover Cats shirt and I will buy this right antidepressant, which was a shitshow for years. Mental health problems are like having cancer in the 1400s. We’ll get there. What’s nature therapy? Sounds interesting. I know that I’m never happier than when walking a trail under a beautiful sky. That sort of thing? Very much that sort of thing. I joined a group who meet up and have a bit of a chat round a fire in the woods. Had to give it up due to work, which isn’t ideal, but it made a big difference at the time. What kind of group was it? As in, what could I search up to find something similar? I would love to do something like this.

Un Deux Trois Cat Lover Cats shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m so sorry you have felt like that. I have extreme suicidal episodes which I’ve struggled with since I was 15, and sometimes it feels like mental health issues absolutely ruin my life. So I just wanted to say – it’s not a failing of you or because you’ve chosen ‘wrong’ or ‘bad’ paths in your life or because you’re worthless. It’s a horrible illness that makes us all feel utterly alone and isolated, even if we objectively aren’t. I’m glad to read you are doing better now. I appreciate that mate. I can understand it intellectually, but in the Un Deux Trois Cat Lover Cats shirt and I will buy this depths of it… well, you know. I’m getting there. Yeah I absolutely know how that feels. For me during episodes I logically know I haven’t always felt that way, family/friends love me and it would ruin their life etc etc, but my God does it feel like lies at the time. It’s like they’re echoes from a stranger’s life rather than my own, I just feel completely detached from it and disconnected from everyone.
