I feel for this judge. Even if he knooowwws the Ultra Mega Trump T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this prosecutors are fucked, if he grants the mistrial, there’ll be riots from the usual defund, blm, antifa morons. The MSNBC and CNN et al will go on their usual rants about another white gun toting racist slaughtering innocent protestors just peacefully exercising their rights. If a jury comes to the conclusion that Rittenhouse is innocent, at least then we have an actual verdict on the act itself, not legalese lawyer speak that’s going to get absolutely trashed in the press. If there’s a mistrial, the story isn’t going to be how weak the prosecutions case truly was, it’s going to be about a white boy escaping justice. The judge has to know a jury verdict will be much easier to explain and defend, and it makes sense that he’s trying to avoid complex, procedural ends to this.

Ultra Mega Trump T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Those really should NOT be his considerations. The prosecution fucked up repeatedly and massively. The judge’s FIRST duty is to ensure a fair trial, and let the Ultra Mega Trump T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this chips fall where they may. Combine this with the clear lies about how the defence was not provided with the original high definition video, but instead a cropped and compressed version. Combine those with every other piece of nefarious skulduggery the prosecution has engaged in and I’m honestly hoping for a dismissal with prejudice. The best result would be a not guilty verdict on all charges by the jury, but there are a couple holdouts saying they think hes innocent but that they will be doxxed and stalked and harassed at their home and workplace if they vote to acquit.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
