But I HAVE to clarify, the current government did many good things to merit its people that we don’t talk about on the internet. People only share the ugly things, like a product review. The life right now is way way way better than that from 50 years ago. For the general public, if you ask them, they will tell you North Korea is hell. As the elderly says, we were like them like 60 years ago. So please don’t compare the two countries the same way. We are way out of that club. Now we live the way most likely the same way we live in any modern country. Better pay, better health insurance, can do sorts of shits and such. I lived in the US for almost a decade to study and work, so I can compare. And I can tell you, the difference between US and China is: In the US, people can talk about all the shits the government did in public, on live TV, joke about them hard and such. While here, it’s not that we cannot discuss them, it’s that we need to be subtle and discreet. Yeah, that is the difference. The society here is more organized, and still developing with rough edges, not like the US, which is more polished, and developed.
