Most people are to some degree. Don’t let it impact you life. Wear a shirt if it makes you feel better. But go swimming. Don’t miss out. True, but a lot of the ones that are very tight are compression fabric, which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing for someone that has loose skin from weight loss and moobs.
