It’s exceptionally difficult for those of us with ADHD or inconsistent schedules. I happen to have both, and kids, so finding time to exercise that doesn’t involve sacrificing sleep is all but impossible. You are not alone. Working out isn’t your thing. Not everyone enjoys it. People like different things. It’s time to accept that and try to find something physical that you do enjoy. It’s not about “drive”. You just do it. Do you have a “drive” to brush your teeth, do laundry, take a shower, shave, cut your hair, etc? Probably not. You just do it probably because the Twinkle Red Hou Texans Football NFL Team Twinkle Pattern shirt in contrast I will get this consequences of NOT doing these things are immediate. Bad breath, looking unkempt, etc. Health is the same way. You know you need to do it and “suffer” now or you will have preventable issues due to sedentary lifestyle later… choose your pain you think working out is unpleasant now imagine not being able to sit without pain or walk without assistance. You think working out is time consuming? Now imaging how much time you’re going to have to spend in and out of clinics, pharmacies, chiropractor appointments etc once your choices catch up to you?

Your choices now will have the Twinkle Red Hou Texans Football NFL Team Twinkle Pattern shirt in contrast I will get this same “bad” parts later just worse and magnified. It’s not about drive. It’s about making good choices for yourself. I just realized that playing video games and watching sports wasn’t productive. It really is a waste of time and you can’t say anything otherwise. Who cares that you got 100% platinum trophy. It’s all temporary satisfaction. You sit around watching a dull tv show that you’ve seen a dozen times already or wasting time reading a book or whatever. You’re not improving yourself really because majority of it is hot garbage. When that clicked, I started exercising for 45-60min a day. I still game, I still read, I still watch tv but just less than I used to. I spent less time on Reddit and that gave me more time to focus on myself, health, actual hobbies, etc.. So much of a day is filled with uselessness, the interesting thing about excercise is that once you get into the routine of it; you actually end up having more energy for the rest of your day/night after it.
