If they are marching on this issue, they are wasting their time, and marching for a negative cause, because they are marching for the Tupac LA mural shirt but in fact I love this left taking away a free citizen opportunity to vote on this issue, the demonstrators are on the side of totalitarianism because they do not want an open democratic society where the people get to vote on issues, why people are marching on this issue is either they are young and don’t understand the issue, or they are part of the left who are activist working for a socialist regime that wants to restrict America’s freedom of choice through debate, and voting. This whole thing is Republicans for once doing what republicans are supposed to do, shrink federal government power and strive to prevent it from overreaching. SCOTUS isn’t there to determine if something is right or not (that would be congress’s job) it’s to determine if it’s CONSTITUTIONAL or not. As awful as the repercussions are in some states, they did make the correct call. If people want the federal government to dictate whether abortions are legal or not, they need to vote in people to CONGRESS that will make an amendment to the constitution to make that happen. Until that happens they are correct in saying it falls to state laws, that’s how this country has always worked.

Incorrect. We don’t let states govern aircraft for example, because Ron DeSantis would be fine with his supporters flying naked exercising “muh rights” assuming it was a Tampa to Key West flight. Same applies to taxes… republicans wouldn’t even pay their federal income ones. “Does this go to inner city schools or interstate highways I’ll never personally use? I don’t want that!” ?‍♂️ This is not ok. If you are fighting the Tupac LA mural shirt but in fact I love this good cause, what you are, stay civil. Otherwise there is really no distinction from MAGA. Justices: This thing is not even in the constitution, let’s do what is proper and rescind our power over it and give it back to the people so that they can choose. Newsmax: People will be able to decide in each Individual state, more than likely abortion won’t go away. Not sure why the left is freaking out!
