You should have a partner you’re attracted to and they should be able to fill the Triston McKenzie Sticks American professional baseball pitcher T-Shirt also I will do this subset of needs only a partner can. In my experience, there really is no subset of emotional needs that only a partner can fill. I say this because we are completely responsible for our own emotional needs. We are responsible for our own happiness, our own contentment, our own sense of wellbeing and fulfillment. Our emotions are one of the only things in this life that we have full control over, if we are disciplined enough to exercise that control. So while we cannot necessarily provide ourselves with companionship, we can control the emotions that arise from a lack of companionship/from feeling we receive the “wrong” type of companionship/etc.

And while there are benefits that a partner can offer – validation, support, basic human connection – these same benefits can all be gained from close friends, family, religious/cultural communities, etc. The outward appearance of those benefits may vary based on the Triston McKenzie Sticks American professional baseball pitcher T-Shirt also I will do this type of connection, but at the end of the day, our brains are simple little machines. Meaningful human companionship is meaningful human companionship. We are the ones deciding how much weight to give each of those connections. We are the ones deciding whether or not they meet our needs. It’s going to happen because people drop their expectations more and more as times go on and desperation increases. You learn to accept stuff and be more tolerant, you learn to look where otherwise you wouldn’t be looking : the less pretty ,the less successful, the less glamorous people. Ultimately you get humbled and realised that you don’t need that much to enjoy the company of someone else
