HOWEVER, one other thing to consider is if the Trevor Story American Baseball Boston red Sox Colorado Clutch T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this business will be saleable at some point, that might be the big payout. Of course, YMMV, dependent upon your work ethic, the industry the business is in, your geographic area, COL, etc., etc., etc. I would say better work/life balance if we were choosing between two jobs, but it’s different if you are going into business for yourself. I made this choice, and it made all the difference in my life. I had time to spend with wife and kids, play sports and pursue hobbies. Work shouldn’t become the sole purpose of your existence. And the extra money you’d earn at the other job may pay for a few more widgets or a vacation or two, but what it takes away from you in terms of physical, mental and emotional health is so much more valuable. Absolutely. I am paid lower than the average for my job. I could find another making 40-50k more a year pretty easy. I work 60hr weeks, but work two weeks on and two off. Keeping that schedule at 100k works for me. At my age I value my time off as much as I value a dollar.

The 200k job sounds like you’re basically starting a business, and I would tell you to be successful at it, it’s gonna be more than 60 hours the Trevor Story American Baseball Boston red Sox Colorado Clutch T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this first few years. The 96k job with possibility to grow to 130k assumes you stay at the same company, but you can keep same career and move companies and increase your salary pretty extensively. Most companies give around 3% raises. Most company moves lead to at least 10% due to negotiation. Both are similar hourly wages. Personally I’d stick with the 130k job and then find ways to make extra money IF I wanted to with those extra 20 hours a week but at least you won’t be obligated to. No point in making a ton of that money if you’re too tired and busy to even do enjoy it imo. And, like you said, the 200k job isn’t even a sure thing whereas you’re already at 96k. That is, unless you’re super unfulfilled currently and the 200k job is what you’re true dream job is… otherwise I’d stick with what you have!
