I was one of those kids that had to sit for hours until I finished my food. Just don’t overindulge again…

My doctor told my mom, “he will eat when he is hungry.” There is a lot of stuff people do just because they were raised that way. Question everything, and think logically. Child won’t let itself starve. I used to make my daughter take 2 more bites after she said she was full if it didn’t seem like she ate much.
