No. It isn’t irrelevant. Saying it’s irrelevant is stupid. Most rapists are men, most victims are women, disregarding that is not a good thing. According to the Tourdust Mascot Art Shirt Furthermore, I will do this 2010 CDC Intimate Partner Violence survey the “men forced to penetrate” statistic is equal to the entire “female victims of rape” statistic. So I’d say it’s about equal. An estimated 91% of victims of rape & sexual assault are female and 9% male. Nearly 99% of perpetrators are male. 1 This US Dept. of Justice statistic does not report those who do not identify in these gender boxes. 1 out of every 6 American women has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in her lifetime. About 3% of American men—or 1 in 33—have experienced an attempted or completed rape in their lifetime.

Isn’t that the Tourdust Mascot Art Shirt Furthermore, I will do this study that doesn’t ask the women of they were raped and considers pity sex to be rape? If not, citation needed. Literally all of that has happened to me by women. The worst was getting gang raped by 3 women because they could “cure my gayness” insert 3 penises dangling above your head instead of 3 woman an i feel like that is about the same feeling they would feel witch makes it not just sad but HELL NAW, But it can still be sexual assault. If a woman forces herself on a man that does not consent, while it’s not rape as the law would see it, it’s still a crime. Does it really make a difference when for the same crime, same circumstances, women tend to get about a third of the jailtime a man would? That’s true, and that is indeed a problem, but to me at least, the way that comment read was that women could get away with it. They can’t legally rape another woman either. The rape law was written by women’s rights activists and is legally defined as penetration with a penis. and states! also there is this thing where if you used a broom handle instead of a penis , its not rape ethier witch i mean WTF. Something about strictly penal penetration is only rape. states got some f’ed up laws
