Our cat does not sleep with us. I’m a very light sleeper and any movement wakes me up. When we first brought her home, she cried the Top i support putting animal abusers to sleep dogs shirt Furthermore, I will do this first few days at night but she knows the routine now. Just make sure there isn’t anything dangerous laying around for kitty to get into while you’re sleeping Our three are not allowed in the bedroom overnight. In part because they are 3am party animals, and in part because my husband is mildly allergic so keeping cat fur in the bed to a minimum is best. They get all the cuddles and attention right up to bedtime, and then they get free reign of the many couches, cat beds, and cat tower all night. I think it’s fine, as he gets older he’ll begin to mellow out and will get zoomies less and less frequently. My senior cat is ~12 years old and I notice her only getting zoomies a few times a year. Nope. They need consequences. You are telling him, it is NOT ok to play on you at night. He can play and entertain himself outside the room. If he does it again, out he goes. My cats are both forbidden to sleep in my room. They aren’t as crazy anymore but they love sleeping on and near my face and I can’t breathe nor do I enjoy inhaling mouthfuls of fur. They didn’t learn that they could sleep anywhere else in the bed so out they go. Boundaries.
