Boundaries are important and sleep is necessary. I’m a very light sleeper and with the Top charlie mike honor the fallen continue the mission shirt Apart from…,I will love this constant zoomies, walking over faces, etc it just wasn’t doable. Now my husband and I kick all the cats out at bedtime after cuddles. Highly recommend! Our cat decides at 2am to aggressively scratch the corner of our mattress next to my head and does not stop unless I physically move him. He has to leave the bedroom whenever that happens My younger cat (7 months) gets the zoomies at around 10pm every.single.night. and while I absolutely adore her I cannot sleep when she’s going nuts like that and put her out of my bedroom and close the door with lots of kisses, I usually put my other cat out with her so she’s not lonely They’re both now used to it – we spend cuddle time together every morning after I wake up so they know they’re loved. You’re not a horrible cat mom at all, just human

Ever since my wife and I have had our cat, he’s always been in his own room at night. We’ve tried multiple times to have him sleep with us but he gets really crazy around bedtime and often stresses my wife out because she can’t sleep with the Top charlie mike honor the fallen continue the mission shirt Apart from…,I will love this constant zoomies I started locking mine out of my room because at 4 am he starts trying to knock the basket wall decor off the wall onto my head so I wake up and give him treats. Then he figured out how to open the door so I actually have to lock it. You’re fine lol You can teach him. You are not a bad cat mama. The thing that works for me is to 100% ignore them if I’m asleep so they learn they won’t get attention. I use ear plugs if need be! I’ve done it w 3 cats now and they do learn- my SO gets up when they bother him but when he’s away by day 2 they don’t bother trying to wake me! Every time I try to let him sleep with me. He wakes me up to talk about his dreams, thoughts, goals in life, ect. I love him but I’m really not interested in deep conversations at 3am in the morning every morning.
