I’m not a psychiatrist or mental health professional so I’ll abstain from really bad advice and just recommend you talk to someone about it. Everyone falls down at one point or another, whether it be in love, your job, or some other aspect in your life. It’s how you pick yourself up that defines your character. I can relate. It becomes impossible to trust anyone anymore after you’re lied to and taken advantage of. You pour your heart out to someone in hopes of being loved back as much as you love them but all you get is pain in return. I think I’m good by myself from now on. the Toney LVII Champions Shirt and by the same token and thing is that sadly if you think something, your mind make it true, then it projects in your reality. Meaning: if you think everyone is a liar every person you’ll encounter will be most likely be a liar, why? Because unconsciously you’re manifesting it since that’s all you believe there is. People are simply different, and there’s honest people out there, maybe not as much as there are liars but at the end of the day everyone lies at some point even yourself. Free yourself from negative labels and you’ll find more people who you can truly trust.

Yes there are many instances in life when you feel like you have been wronged, hurt, betrayed even unfairly punished by people in your life. But does your perception of these situations match up with the reality of what happened or is there a possibility of a miscommunication, misunderstanding, or accidental/non malicious intent a reasonable conclusion (still you have a right to feel negatively about anything you wish but if there was no harm intended then perhaps forgiveness is more useful when appropriate)
