I’ve been burned by this on both go rounds. Was working overnight 12-8 at a rehab when they went back. Was mostly just mad. No one really knew what to do so I put on my timesheet that I worked 12-8 totaling 9 hours. Then I worked the Tommy Devito Vintage shirt in addition I really love this same shift when they moved forward and I was very excited as it would mean I only work 7 hours . That would have been the case had the person coming to relieve me bothered to set her clock correctly . So I put that I worked 12-9 totaling 9 hours. Not sure what the actual laws are regarding this but that’s what I did and no one challenged it. I was a bar back once upon a time. You watch the clock go back and everyone gets an extra hour of drinking and you get an extra hour of work

It’s the Tommy Devito Vintage shirt in addition I really love this luck of the draw, my shift might fall on the reverse change next time and I’ll get paid for 12 hours but only need to work 11. Happened to a friend recently. She normally takes a break at that time, so when the clock rolled back an hour, she took another break. I used to work at a Domino’s that closed at 2am, so right when the clocks would roll back to 1am. We closed at the first 2am unless people really wanted to work, then we might run another hour. People called either way expecting us to be open and couldn’t wrap their heads around the fact I would close. Like nah, we already had a 2am you had your chance. I work at a union job in las Vegas. Last year when the time went back we were all forced mandatory overtime and took lunch “an hour late” (2:45 instead of pre time change 245. We only took overtime because we werent done. It was mandatory. This year we finished on time, still taking the “late” lunch and were able to leave at 5, though you were allowed to stay til 6 if you wanted an extra hour.
