How should I care for this long sleeve shirt?

To preserve the graphic print quality, machine wash the shirt inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat to prevent shrinking or fading of the ink. Avoid ironing directly over the printed area to maintain the integrity of the design.

Does the shirt run true to size?
