It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the Today Was Going Great Until People Cat Drinking Coffee Vintage T-Shirt but in fact I love this beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”- Socrates. That quote just seems to remind me to be the best version of myself in all aspects, At one point my motivation was that I was tired of being a fat fuck. Now I don’t have motivation, I have discipline and routine. Even on the days I feel like shit and want to be lazy, I hit the gym. I’m not in great shape yet, still hovering around 300lb, but I’m getting there. About 50lbs down, and still going strong. Motivation will only get you so far, you have to have discipline. I want to look good and be healthy. I never want to let my body get to that point where it looks like i “let myself go”. I want to feel and look as young and good as i can for as long as i can. That seems to be the steam that keeps me going. Even if i fall off and get lazy for a few days or a week i make sure i jump back on it and keep going. I’ve had times where i fell off for a few months even. Especially during the pandemic! I’ve always had that mindset that i’ll never 100% quit though. I may have times where i stop for a while but i’ll never call it 100% quits until the day i die. Rep to the death If I miss a day, I feel longing and disappointment. I enjoy the relationships and ignore the women. I’m there with purpose and always limit my weekdays to 2 hours, weekends; 1 day only and only cardio.

Today Was Going Great Until People Cat Drinking Coffee Vintage T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Going on a run makes me feel the Today Was Going Great Until People Cat Drinking Coffee Vintage T-Shirt but in fact I love this way I imagine good meditation would be like. Feeling my body in sync, feeling healthy, deep breathing, listening to music. Sometimes in the park or the woods. And if I’m going to be sitting on my butt hours later playing video games with friends from home, I might as well have done some physical movement. My dad didn’t take care of himself got sick early in his life Started taking care of himself ( work out daily) and added years to his life. Damage already done tho. Died 60s. Taught me a huge lesson. I’m 38. I have to workout or I will throw out my back doing something basic like bending over to pick up a pen I dropped (happened when I was 35). So I can eat whatever I want and still look good/be heathy. I played football in college and dropped about 40 pounds after that and have basically maintained my level of fitness and exercise routine since then. I enjoy it at times but for the most part I simply do it because I should.
