Still, I have a good life. While money makes life easier, there is more to existence than what’s kicking around in your bank accounts. You are NOT “older”. You are not “behind” because some 19 year old has $20,000 in the TMNT Christmas Day Raphael x Kansas City Chiefs Homage Youth Shirt and by the same token and bank (aside: a 19 year old with that kind of money almost certainly got it from generational wealth). Assuming that you’re healthy and don’t have any destructive habits or debilitating illnesses, you have plenty of time to build the life that you want. Take a deep breath, let it out, and give yourself a break. Not everyone goes through the same things in life. Don’t compare yourself to others. Instead compare yourself to your older self, and always try to be better than before. That doesn’t mean having more money, but being a better person.

First off, it’s unlikely you’re halfway through anything at 27. If anyone claims to have it all figured out – at any point – they’re lying to you, and if they’re younger than you, they’re lying even harder. You work things out as you go. It’s perfectly ok to admit you don’t have it all figured out: you probably won’t. But what you can do is figure things out, bit by bit, starting with what’s most important to you. Yeah those 19yos are either ridiculously lucky or got a good start from mommy TMNT Christmas Day Raphael x Kansas City Chiefs Homage Youth Shirt and by the same token and and daddy. 24M here and I’m slowly realizing I’m not a failure, my friend from childhood has a house a hellcat (car) and a nice truck. The only problem? He was given it all and doesn’t appreciate it. His father is going to sell everything and blow all his money before he does and he has no idea so he’ll have to figure it out then.
