I feel like people are seeking this outside validation for meditation when all is really is recognizing the Those Who Dream Cognizant Which Dream Edgar Allan Poe Writer Gift Poet Teacher T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this aware within yourself. That awareness is on a spectrum/polarity. A lot of people with trauma need to understand that you first have to filter the subconscious thoughts and patterns enough to heal and forgive. This healing/ forgiveness empties the mind because it is not longer effect your daily tasks, your no longer reacting to situation that once triggered and you officially ready to actually sit with yourself. I also think that have a goal for meditation is great to help get started but it’s a practice that should be viewed in the perspective of longevity. I tried meditation for years and just never could get the hang of it, eventually I tried the TM method and that -finally- worked for me The benefits dont come when you are good at meditation i believe they come through learning how to meditate. And that means pushing through even if you “suck” at it. The moments where you realize you got stuck on certain thoughts are feelings are super insightful and awakening. I think the struggle to meditate really is what makes us learn.

Those Who Dream Cognizant Which Dream Edgar Allan Poe Writer Gift Poet Teacher T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I have noticed that if I really want to meditate it just goes so easily. Yet if I don’t it doesn’t. I have also noticed or feel like meditation makes things worse. Not just more apparent. Like i am more aware. Oh no. I sometimes have the Those Who Dream Cognizant Which Dream Edgar Allan Poe Writer Gift Poet Teacher T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this detachment in which i see so clearly that being in that mind deeply is sometimes cause of enough for stress. But sometimes I feel meditation makes my mind protest or something. and it’s like everything gets amplified and i do not have detachment. And then it’s bad. Really bad. I think that even if your mind is deeply unfocused. If you really want to it just works. But when it doesn’t work it’s usually because you really didn’t want to In a more relative sense meditation is the natural state of all human beings once the obstacles have been removed.
