Disagree at the Thomas Edison American inventor 1847 1931 T-Shirt also I will do this end of the day it’s just calories in vs out, you just burn more calories naturally then she does. If she ate healthy and excercised she would lose weight it’s just math. Sure, at its simplest form. But all sorts of errant biological processes can complicate the equation of calories in vs calories out significantly, to the point where it’s almost insulting to simplify it to that level. I know someone who as a result of their quirky biology has to have a ridiculously small calorie intake, to the point of it being unhealthy, just to move the scale in the downward direction. I even meal prepped and handled their diet for them for a while to make things easier for them, and it was crazy the difference their biology made in how difficult it was to lose weight. Hormones, disabilities, epigenetic and genetic factors, vitamin deficiencies, gut microbiome, external and internal stressors, and a whole host of other biological mechanisms mean that for some people, weight loss can be extremely difficult.

And if you don’t have the Thomas Edison American inventor 1847 1931 T-Shirt also I will do this time and/or money to get a handle on your own personal quirks, it can be downright impossible for people to lose weight without starvation dieting. Yes, but you are talking about a very small subsection of society. Most people are overweight due to poor diet, and lack of excercise. I feel for those people, and hope they get the help they need. Unfortunately, todays society, people self diagnose themselves, and quit trying when they can be healthier. It often isn’t the fault of the individual though. It took years of seeing therapists and doctors and endocrinologists and rheumatologists for my friend to get a handle on her weight. She had to throw time and money at the problem. And that’s something that just isn’t afforded to people by the system we are forced to live under.
