Biden is a forced choice. A lot of voters who will vote for him dont want to but recognize that trump is obviously far worse. In polling terms this means so far out from election a huge segment of voters that will eventually vote biden are on the This Nurse Loves The Las Vegas Raiders shirt moreover I love this fence. I think there’s a feeling that voting for Trump is poking a finger in the eye of the woke movement. Parents don’t want their kids being taught that gender dysphoria is common when everyone knows it’s rare, they don’t want to be told that they are racist when they aren’t, etc. Trump is a current representation of peoples emotions, you cannot corporate talk your way out of actual issues. Fix that and trump goes away. He’s not locked up in jail, he’s on trial so he hasn’t been sentenced. And there is nothing in the constitution that says he can’t run for president again: s It does not say you can’t become president whether you are or were on trial or impeached or anything else, as long as you meet those criteria. If enough people are willing to vote and do vote for you, you can become president no matter what you did in the past. Because it’s a binary system in which both choices suck. So the one not in power will be favored. It’s been going back and forth like this for a while now.

Big question, are they mainly polling people with land-line phones, or also those with cells? Because land-line phones are much more popular with the This Nurse Loves The Las Vegas Raiders shirt moreover I love this Trump/MAGA crowd than dems ( full disclosure yes I am a dem with a land-line and a cell). The US is a two party political system. Opponents usually have a polling advantage because people who are unhappy with the government have no choice but to support the opponent. People are struggling right now and blame whoever is in charge. Since the guy in charge right now is probably running again, people don’t want to have another 4 years of struggle and figure trying something else might be the solution. Just the honest answer. I’ve seen the swing in attitude on trump and Biden completely shift where I’m from. I’m a member of the GOP and have been for decades, but have always voted for whom I thought was best for the country. Didn’t vote for Trump then and won’t next year.
