Fifth time was another 7.62 when i was 23. I was deployed and was shot. I survived, but not everyone did. Surgery, rehab, discharge. Thats about all the This Is My Happy Face Wednesday shirt moreover I love this detail i really give that one. My cousin set a .22 on the table super hard so we could clean it. I hear a ping and I had a hot shooting pain on my upper arm. I cleaned it up and we used super glue and gauze since it wasn’t that serious. And apparently the “ping” we heard was from the bullet hitting my microwave, I was more mad about the microwave then getting shot. Lol I know a guy who got shot with a .50 cal almost point blank (maybe 3 feet away) while we were loading a .50 cal machine gun into a truck. Luckily, the barrel was off so the round lost a lot of energy immediately coming out of the chamber. He lived, but not comfortably for a while. Not quite the same, but… Took one round to a military issue IBA when I was in the army. It shattered the plate and broke 2 ribs and brused a 3rd. I found out a short time later that they were recalling the plates. I honestly don’t know if my plates would have been part of those recalled, but if mine functioned properly then I don’t want to know what improperly would have been.

Well i shot myself with a nail gun on accident if that counts, 3 inch siding nail in the This Is My Happy Face Wednesday shirt moreover I love this thigh because the guns safety was faulty so in my tool pouch when i grabbed it i shot into my leg fully. I was 20 feet in the air on a 12 inch plank. Goin in the nail didnt hurt at all i had to check by trying to bend my leg if i shot myself which i did, so i crawled to the machine and they lowered me, cut my jeans so they could get plyers on the nail and they pulled it out. Went back to work in like 5 minutes after, it did hurt pulling it out but didnt bleed and was fine mostly after a few hours. Had an accident with a gun and a 9mm hollow point went into the left side of my hip and tore a hole in my colon. It felt like a really bad cramp just slowly throbbing. I didnt feel the burning like other people have described. Its not as bad as youd think, but you definitely dont want it to happen to you.
