The bot is actually incredibly efficient if you correctly answer it in simple phrases or yes/no’s, but if you insist on not letting the bot work for you fast and easy, repeatedly spam “agent” or “representative” in the chat til you get one. To be clear im not upset at your experience, fuck that driver and get them fired. But maaaaan im tired of these posts where people clearly do themselves no favors when chatting with the bot. I see people lose refunds and lose half pay on orders all the time because they don’t answer correctly.

Like many bullshit corporate cheap tricks, should totally be illegal, but isn’t, probably justify it by saying they don’t fight you once you stand firm. The more I hear about American customer service, the more I realize how stupid is the “third-world country” concept. Not only we don’t have such behavior among deliveries in Eastern Europe, the support is also much more adequate. And all of it without stupid amounts of tips and fees.
