Hoover as well, except if you have children/ pets – then maybe 2-3 times a week. Change sheets once a week. I’d add washing your pillow case once a week at least. Have a spare to put on if you can’t to the laundry often. Your skin on your face will thank you. Definitely! Change to silk/ satin pillowcases if you can as well (there are some under £10 on amazon) and change your pillow when it gets flat/ uncomfortable. I second this! This is all great advice. I’m a generally low maintenance gal myself. Shower every other day (unless you’re exercising) and wash your face with a gentle facial cleanser, wash hair as needed with shampoo and conditioner, shave as you’re comfortable with (I usually shave every week or so). Wear deodorant daily, brush your teeth twice a day, and a basic face moisturizer can go a long way toward healthy skin. I do wash my bras after 3 or 4 uses using the delicate cycle on my washing machine. Otherwise, just communicate with your boyfriend and try to be considerate, the same as you would with anyone else you live with. Pick up after yourself, do your laundry regularly, etc. You’ve got this! Congratulations on the development in your relationship.

They are really good at giving advice if you feel like you don’t know how to look after your teeth. A good hygienist will demonstrate technique, recommend the sort of toothpaste you’ll need for the state of your teeth, flossing, etc. (I have a waterpik and it was a VERY good purchase.)
