Otherwise political parties could strategically lose a presidential election to have a better chance to appointment of more justices. But losing one election doesn’t guarantee a win the next? Wouldn’t they still just try to win the election on a disadvantageous election and then win again the next one? We dont, they should not overturn president. By doing so we should impeach them. They lied to us all. They need to be impeached.
