Anyway I spent 2 weeks in Juvi waiting for my appearance and all I really remember is I played dominos non stop, it was really cold and uncomfortable, the food sucked and there was a 9 year old boy in solitary confinement right inside the Gen-pop area. The confined child was a little nuts and would throw his poop at the wall and doors, I think he scared me more than the older kids who were in solitary who would mean mug you on the way to the cafeteria. All that to say, I guess is I would have probably picked the zip ties if I had a chance, but most likely he put them on this kid to protect the child from getting hurt or getting into more trouble for hitting/kicking staff again.
