I have two kittens they’re now about 9 months old from the The Walker House Welcome Home Cat T-Shirt but in fact I love this same litter. They do the same thing occasionally, and they get locked out when they do. As they’ve gotten older their midnight zoomies have gotten less crazy, and I can actually sleep now. They still have zoomies, but I think they’re learning that they don’t get to stay in the room if they have midnight zoomies. I still feel so guilty to this day and spend my morning cuddling him extra and spending time with him, but I live with bad chronic illness so I need to be able to sleep if I can and my cat is ruthless in the night, bouncing off the walls, biting my legs, sitting on my actual face, the usual lol. So I had to start using a different room as his cat room he gets to hang out in at night. Still feel so bad but he’s gotten used to it and has all the goodies a kitty needs. Still can’t get over the feeling but my sleep has improved (besides worrying about him in the middle of the night) but yeah i don’t know if the guilt will ever leave haha but I just nap with him when I do and spend extra time in the mornings if he isn’t with me at night. also planning to get him a buddy asap so he isn’t alone and my heart can rest

After 8 years our 2 sisters have slowed down, juuust a bit. They can Zoom in the The Walker House Welcome Home Cat T-Shirt but in fact I love this bedroom at about an allowed max of a 1/4 throttle a couple times or so, but if it gets out of hand, the door closes. These days the door closes maybe a half dozen times on a bad month. They’re pretty good girls with sisal ropes and boxes and even some rafters to play in throughout the house while zooming. Our bedroom is a “quiet spot”. Sounds like your kitten training has begun with a good start. They do want to please you, they really do, but they are not mindless doggos. They’ve got some lawyer contract negotiator in them too. They are drama queens that don’t control their enthusiams without guidance. Which they want.
