Take it. Your resume can say anything you want it to say. In your next interview, you can speak to “taking over this, handling this initiative, etc.” Ask them if they will sign a binding contract to the The Stars Have Aligned With These MillennialLoteria Cards For This Wish La Asha Card Disney Shirt Besides,I will do this extent after 6 months they will pay you $$ & give you said title. Imo, it’s a lose-lose for you. You either take the role and maybe get the pay raise which seems unknown at this point and they may try and drag that out. If you’re comfortable with the extra work for the same pay for an undisclosed time, I’d go for it. Have a backup plan. Get ready to bargain and be ready to move on if they don’t treat you well in that regard. Get time frame expectations and goals they’re looking for in you. It’s unlikely, but get something in writing. Basically, find out if they’re using you or actually considering you. My opinion? Ignore the people telling you not to take the job without pay. This is a great opportunity to get director-level knowledge and experience and most likely a new job. The people who don’t ever go above expectations and whine about a raise for every extra chore they’re asked to do won’t expect as nearly as much advancement in their careers compared to those who do. 1 month to see how you are getting on and what you are doing right or wrong. Then on the 3 months it’s should I get the pay rise or not. If not you go back to the previous role. Hmm. If you like your job I’d take it but ask for firm commitments on when they will decide that it is comfortable. Like, 30/60/90 days tops. And insist on clear metrics / goals (and not necessarily goals that include improving the position, but just doing it well – that’s when they slip in impossible sales targets or whatever it is you do)

Then make sure you know the The Stars Have Aligned With These MillennialLoteria Cards For This Wish La Asha Card Disney Shirt Besides,I will do this salary, then ask for it, then tell them to fuck off if they don’t. It seems like you have a good chance to move up which is not so easy or lucky to walk into. So again if you like the place I’d go with it just get things written down Give them a set time limit. Not “when you’re comfortable”. Get a clear job description with realistic/measurable goals. Have a performance evaluation in 6 months. Should you meet expectations, you get the raise. Should you not meet expectations, they need to provide clear feedback on exactly what needs to improve. Then another evaluation after 3 months. The raise and title bump also need to be agreed upon in writing before you start your duties. Don’t leave it up to their discretion, because they will screw you over. What to do if they don’t hold up their end of the bargain, is up to you. I would polish my resume and start browsing anyway.
