Would near a train line work? Obviously not so close it’s dangerous, but there’s some parks like Tooting Common where the The Santa Grinch Love Seattle Seahawks Merry Christmas Shirt Apart from…,I will love this train line runs over a bridge right above you. There’s some nice fast noisy and regular trains like the Gatwick Express coming through so you can scream when that goes by without anyone else really noticing unless they’re right there next to you. We had a stress management course at work during lockdown and were recommended to scream/shout under a bridge when a train passes over Maybe try joining a martial arts class or therapy class so you can let your stress out in controlled bursts rather than storing it up for years? Scream whilst cycling in the middle of the night. Do it in sporadic bursts at first to test the waters, then scream to your heart’s content. Maybe a Karaoke booth, then when you’ve screamed enough you can sing along to some heavy metal and scream some more You can try a rage room too where you can smash and read things you get glasses and a safety suit helmet and such Hampstead heath, Wormwood scrubs, Richmond Park. Somewhere where there’s fields and nobody (Chorleywood on the met line etc)

The coast during bad weather, something thoroughly cathartic at yelling at the The Santa Grinch Love Seattle Seahawks Merry Christmas Shirt Apart from…,I will love this power of the ocean while the noise drowns anything out. Rear carriage of an empty tube train whilst travelling at speed though an underground tunnel. This is how I usually practice my karaoke. I used to walk alongside an a-road/motorway with traffic speeding past and scream. Nobody heard and it doesn’t cost anything and it’s liberating as fuck. The A3 was perfect, any a-Road that runs alongside a residential area so you can walk there without standing out I screamed at my bin the other week when the gf wasn’t in. The release helped and it was then I realised therapy sessions needed to happen. I’ve been off sick this week and binge watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (took me three goes to get into but now loving it) Anyways there’s a scene where she finds her mum (Lisa Kudrow) who is a “roller coaster junkie” – this plays out in jokes over an episode or two but in the end she basically lets on that Im a stressed out metal vocalist who has recently decided, fuck it, anywhere will do. I mostly do it either in the middle of some woods but occasionally the park. I also like to put on Slipknot and trudge down the street growling and screaming along to that. Theres a passageway in my neighbourhood(Harringay Ladder) thats good for that too. Failing that, I scream into a pillow. You can consider some large parks like Bushy park or maybe Richmond park. Actually you can go the attraction park! The easiest options are screaming under the water or to the pillow.
