I viewed a property 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I then was told that the person who had the second viewing had offered more than me and was told even though they couldn’t view a second time they offered anyway. Then I found out from a neighbour of the property that after sending those emails on Tuesday morning the agent DID SHOW the other person around on Tuesday afternoon and that person then offered more than me.

It’s like they know you need them so they compete to see just how awful they can actually be
