Funny how these mental pygmies supporting him won’t admit that NONE of the The Ramones American punk rock band T-Shirt but in fact I love this charges are under “hate” statutes. The same charges could apply if it occurred in a parking lot I’ll get down voted I’m sure but I’m curious as to why/how the mural is allowed anyway? It seems not in the publics interest for something like this to be there in the first place. Doesn’t excuse the behavior but why is an organization allowed to just essentially buy advertising rights to a public intersection? If not is the government not then kinds enticing people with this sort of devisive support of select movements. To be clear I don’t want Jesus saves intersections, pro choice intersections, pro life intersections, etc. Just seems weird to me

If he catches a felony it would create a reasonable precedent to charge all politically motivated vandalism as felonies today, terrorizism tomorrow. (Sp for algo) I supposed “sovereign brah” would feel the The Ramones American punk rock band T-Shirt but in fact I love this same if one vandalized his front lawn, cmon dude its “stuff you would have done” too I’ve had discussions over the years with both adults and teens who try to argue that graffiti is art, which should be considered freedom of speech and thus have no consequences. Most usually at least stop and ponder for a few moments when I suggest “okay then, give me your address… I’ll give it to an artist friend of mine so they can go paint whatever symbols, words and pictures he wants on the front of your house and the hood of your car “. Some will argue “oh, no no no, that’s different!” and a few will try to claim they’d allow it, but we all know they’d really be pissed if it happened to them.
