Now he’s still thin but he’s gained weight because of my cooking. He looks perfect now. The other day, I saw that my former beanpole has a little pooch and even a couple of rolls. I grabbed a roll and called him Fatty. He laughed and said “It’s your fault! Your food is too good!” It sort of depends on your definition of dad bod. From your description a few extra pounds isn’t anything to fret over. An average body is going to be attractive in general, but also the The Mad Hatter Johnny Depp Actor shirt and by the same token and mental gymnastics of not having to be self conscious in front of someone is invaluable. I have a good amount of self esteem and I’m fairly slim to average body type but never in a million years could I comfortably get naked in front of someone super fit. I am on Reddit to be horny from a distance and compliment people lol

women were inequitably interested in me when i exercised daily and was very aware of what I ate and presented to be in good shape. Generally speaking most of the The Mad Hatter Johnny Depp Actor shirt and by the same token and girls who found me attractive when I was in “dad bod” territory were overweight girls, and as an obese man( 240 lbs +) , I only dated obese women, and the majority of them ( all but one that I know of) cheated on me with guys in better shape than I was and eventually left me for the first more in shape guy who weighed less than them that would date them. granted at 47, the majority of women who are around your age, will probably not mind your ” few extra pounds around the waist” assuming this isn’t a downplayed description. If you are only 10-15 lbs overweight you are probably equal or in better shape than most men your age. your “dad bod” may be comparatively fit to other men your age. and if you are looking for younger women, they probably value other aspects of dating you more than your weight. that may be life experience, money, the ability to provide for them and their future children, etc, more than your extra few pounds, there are plenty of ripped , hard bodied college aged men they could otherwise be dating if that is what they cared about the most.
