I had a pimple form on a cyst I had on my head, right at my hairline. Popped the pimple, which opened the door for draining the cyst. First time, what I can only describe as a garlic clove came out. But after a week, it felt like it never really healed properly. Picked at the scab, and pulled out what you described as a sack. Absolutely disgusting smell man. I haven’t been able to do fresh garlic since. Sorry about this story, I hate it.

Yeah cysts are so disgusting. Similarly, I had a cyst-like bump on my upper back near the neck for about two years when I was in high school. My mother called it my “button”. One day, it grew a head. I grabbed a folded gathering of several layers of toilet paper and squeezed it super hard. No pain, and what I can only describe as a shit ton of thick off-white cheese filled the grasp of toilet paper. The stench was powerful and immediate. Button was gone after that. I watched an episode of dr pimple popper where the wife getting obsessed popping the husband’s back enormous pimples. I forgot what he had tho. His wife said the same thing about the smell. I had an abscess on my tonsil and had to go to the ER to get it drained. The ENT doctor took a pair of medical scissors and cut right into it. It popped and I immediately felt relief! He used a vacuum tube to suck it all out. It was a combo of pus and blood. Last year my mom was at my house and *mentioned she had something on her upper back, it was a giant cyst, I was like well let’s see if anything comes out if I squeeze it. On God, a stream of cyst stuff shot about 12-15 feet out of it, all over my ceiling and some on me. I almost vomited, and I had to get up on my kitchen island to clean it off the ceiling!! We have very high ceilings that are even higher above the island (fucking shiplap) and she was seated in a recliner in my living room. We were both so horrified, she had it surgically removed soon thereafter. You must feel loads better already! I feel relief just looking at this picture! Glad you were able to get that emergency taken care of and will follow up!
