WHAT kind of tattoos matters imo. Ill preface by saying I have a tattoo. But my 1st reaction to someone covered with them is that they have insecurity issues of some form. May or may not be true, that is just my gut reaction Am heavily tattooed and think “damn that’s some killer work I wonder where they went” 9/10 times. The other time it’s usually “not my style but cool nonetheless”. What’s fun is how different people react to you. I got a new piece recently and when I took off my shirt I was pretty away of how much skin I had bare just because every person there was covered from neck to foot at the least. When my wife was in college we would go to sorority events and once at a hotel for her formal some guy started showing me his so I thought I’d show off and took my shirt off. The amount of people going “wow that’s so much ink!” Was astonishing. If they knew the people I knew they would realize I’m on the low end of “heavily tattooed” not the high end.

They must have a good job(tattoos are EXPENSIVE!) or be very close to a tattoo artist.
