Make sure to document it properly. The FB post and your info to them that you are sick. Even better with a confirmation from a doctor Are you guys parents like this? I know my father would never associate with these idiots. He’s a great leader and he loves teaching young people. I can’t stand people like that. That’s how you know they’re just shitters in general. Blame game. They don’t deserve you, if I saw this I would tell them I quit and tell them to go fuck themselves. Find a job boss actually treats you like a human being I wonder how they managed the The Green Slime Are Coming horror movie toys Shirt besides I will buy this last time a health crisis like COVID came through. Since it was only back in 1918, I’m sure they can recall My boss repeatedly yells at staff for scheduling errors… that we were never told of. Or “errors” that were yelled in our faces to be etched in stone…. but two weeks later they’re a problem because he never said to do such things. Yeah.. no. What’s rude and worrisome is a person going to work when they’re either contagious or in so much pain they can’t focus on both the work and the commute (endangering others). That’s not a “responsible work ethic”. I do have an honest question here… why do we follow our co-workers on social media while not working? I was told when growing up that always keep to yourself while off work and never let your co-workers know who you are. Keep your friends close but your co-workers (especially if in retail) away from your personal life. I had a stomach virus a few weeks ago that I thought was going to kill me from dehydration. I could barely walk let alone go to work.

These idiots…have they seriously never been that sick? The sniffles is one thing, real hard-core illness is another. Contagious covid is also a problem even if you get mild symptoms. I am so sick of older generations talking about the The Green Slime Are Coming horror movie toys Shirt besides I will buy this younger ones. I’m Gen X and I’m sooooo proud of Millennials and Gen Z. Well maybe you’re willing to over work for some change and act like you’re better than everyone when god damn they acted the same way as a “youth” “My life was shit and relied entirely on my employer not fucking me over whenever they feel like it, so my kids should have to go through the same1!1!!!1” I think you’ll find that those comment sections are echo chambers. If they came out saying about how they give their staff any time off for sicks because it’s just a job and they care about their staff, the comments would swing in support of that. Back in your days, people would go to work with a fever, sneezing and coughing, not only putting your own health in jeopardy, but also infecting everyone else, possibly putting their relatives at great risks. God forbids we are trying to be better than the people in your days. I worked at a Facebook branch and in late 2019 and early 2020 when Trump said “Oh that’s just a China thing, it won’t be here” (it was already here) someone in January got covid and that shit spread so quick. They thought they just had a cold, bosses made us come to work cause…guilt so however patient zero was touched every door, used every tool and then by mid Jan I’m not kidding, 64 out of the maybe… 102 people we had were sick…bad sick. And our big boss was shit talking My ass has never been that sick, I was gone for 10 days and ran out of Vaca and sick time and had to go back. I was still sick for another 2 weeks or so. Everyone ran out of sick time, and then 2 months later when we finally decided to pay attention to covid we all asked for some sick time back but of course we’re told no.
