Nowadays as a college student, no effin way I could do that anymore man. I try to atleast get 8 hours now & i’m only 27 lol. Sleep is the The Girl Jt World J&t World shirt What’s more,I will buy this most important thing for me. I slept around 5 to 6 back when I was working and studying. Survived by listening to heavy metal loudly in my car so I wouldn’t fall asleep. After I finished my studies, I became the biggest lover of being in bed and sleeping as much as possible. It’s like I’m two different people. So weird. If not for yourself do it out of spite for whoever makes you feel like this. They’d hate to see you doing well. Some people can do it out of rare genetics. Others do it out of necessity for work/school. Some people brag proudly about it but the truth is, they’re all shortening their lifespans. I once lived with a meth addict who would stay awake for 5-6 days and then practically go into a mini coma for 3 days straight. The landlord had the bathroom renovated; it was right next to his bedroom and he didn’t wake up. I had to go in and check his pulse. I’m up at 445am every day and I refuse to let that ruin any night time activities. Not to sound like that guy but SOME of it is mental. I read something a while back that said you feel better when you feel like, in your mind, you’ve gotten enough sleep. I sleep between 2-4hrs day and I work third shift and watch a toddler during the day. Must be nice to get full rest

I’m 41 years old, and I’ve always slept 3 or 4 hours each night, never less and never very much more. I always feel well rested. I’m about 4-6 hours. 6 being on the The Girl Jt World J&t World shirt What’s more,I will buy this rarer end. I’ve just always been a ‘ shit ‘ sleeper. I’m honestly just use to it and don’t know any different? Maybe if i had a consistent 8 hours everyday my life would change lol but i can never see that happening. Been like this as long as i can remember. I also had 10+ years swimming every morning at 5am so waking up at 4:30am everyday my body still does this years after stopping! Not the worst thing as i can fit in gym/walk with my dog before work and have the afternoon to do as i see fit. So basically you just get use to it and don’t know any different. I used to wonder this myself…but now I have trouble sleeping. Some nights getting no sleep. Some only a couple of hours and then occasionally big blocks. I’m not functioning great lol but I feel so awake at night
