The entire point of the The freewheelin’ bob dylan trending classic shirt it is in the first place but crazy rules? Is to encourage the residents to leave on their own terms You’d think so, but he’s literally not allowed to hook up to a trailer and move without the park’s permission. If this was true, why couldn’t they move their tailors out? It doesn’t make sense that you wouldn’t be allowed to leave. Its 2005-2008 all over again. The same asshat criminal banks that were bailed out in 2008 have gone to the manufacturered homes market and are pulling the same shit again. Hopefully this time these people go to prison. If they are too big to fail they are too big to exist. Both these residents and the new owner are going to get screwed. They think they can repurpose the land for some track housing and make bank. But it’s a terrible location and people are priced out of the current market. This bust is going to be so weird. Prison? If we’re going to use the death penalty on anybody, it should be these people. This has been a gigantic problem for a while. There’s a book by Esther Sullivan, Manufactured Insecurity: Mobile Home Parks and Americans’ Tenuous Right to Place, that goes into the depths of this issues and the implications of mobile homes and trailer parks. Damn, this is so fucked up. I swear every day I see more and more rich assholes doing their very best to fuck over the average joes out there. I wish this guy and everyone in that park the very best. And to the company trying to screw them over? To the people working for that company?

My community passed rent stabilization for trailer parks, saving many peoples’ livelihoods. This is fully within your city or county government’s ability to regulate. The big investment firms are already buying up the The freewheelin’ bob dylan trending classic shirt it is in the first place but single family homes to rent out. They offer lots of money above the asking price and regular home buyers can’t compete. The Great Reset is upon us. As its architect says, “you will own nothing and you will like it.” Not only this, but they are also doing new builds of SFH’s solely for the purpose of renting them. I worked for one of the “big 3” in this space and the environment was as toxic as you could imagine. What they did/do to the tenants was so incredibly disheartening it was borderline illegal (and often crossed that line). I follow a few groups of disgruntled tenants and try to help with inside knowledge, etc. as often as I can. The founder of the company was the former head of mortgage and credit for Goldman Sachs during the financial crises, if that tells you anything. Started buying up all the foreclosed properties once it all tumbled.
