I had my food delivered last night and it was ICE cold with the The Devil Saw Me With My Head Down And Thought He’d Won Until I Said Amen T-Shirt also I will do this bags seal broken and most of my fries gone and they offered me $3 with a similar BS automated message. Had to chat with a real person and still only got $8 credit, but it’s better than nothing. Took the L and threw the shit out. I haven’t had many bad ones, but I’ve switched to UE since I’ve read a lot of stories on this sub about dd. I’m an “if” person; not a “when” This is why I deleted the app and unsubscribed. Every time there was a mistake on the restaurant/dashers end, customer service was a joke. I basically always used the food wasn’t delivered button if it was a small mistake to make up for the money lost. Support was less than useless and it took me 45 minutes to get the food refunded, and they wouldn’t give the tip back because I didn’t take a photo before throwing it away in the dumpster.

The Devil Saw Me With My Head Down And Thought He’d Won Until I Said Amen T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Explained I didn’t want to carry a dripping wet bag through the The Devil Saw Me With My Head Down And Thought He’d Won Until I Said Amen T-Shirt also I will do this apartment hallway to get my phone and they start yelling at me! Straight up I asked “why didn’t the dasher take a photo then? Do you think it might’ve been because they left it in a puddle?” Dasher here- yhea theyre just as bad when we reach out to them. Hate to say it but it usually seems like english isnt their first language and we often suspect they’re following limited scripts. It honestly seems like doordash is trying to take advantage of people so they can save money. Its sad Happened to me on my birthday a couple years back during peak Covid. I waited for HOURS for the delivery, only for the dasher to completely steal the food and say it was delivered. I was tracking her and she was a good 10 miles away when she said it was delivered.
