Some additional context: Stalin routinely ranks among the The breakfast club movie poster shirt and I love this top ranked Russian leaders for winning the war. To Western audiences, Nazism means the Holocaust and persecution of Jews. The Soviet union lost something like 8-12% of it’s population during war. Russians focus on that and the patriotic struggle for victory, not on what happened to Jews. I bet if you polled it, a pretty wide margin would doubt the Holocaust happened. I was just sent an article by someone trying to argue that Zelensky is the cause of all of this and Russia is in the right… coincidence that the website this article is from is considered a white nationalist rag that frequently denies the holocaust and propagates blood libel… They’re so transparent it would be hilarious if they weren’t dangerous.

And that it was West who raised Hitler, gave him money, factories, etc. Such antisemitic propaganda is & was also geared towards a significant portion of Israel’s enemies, which gobbles it right up. In fact, you regularly see it on this very sub.
