Tell Me It’s Just A Dog Tell You You’re Just An idiot shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’ve been researching gut health in order to improve my mental health but haven’t really taken action. I’ve been thinking about it a lot today specifically and seeing this randomly in my feed is the Tell Me It’s Just A Dog Tell You You’re Just An idiot shirt Also,I will get this sign I needed I’ll bite. I went to the Whole Food Plant Based camp, no oil no salt, and it made a huge difference. Any of those after effects of eating, of feeling sloggish, tired, lazy, needing to rest, all vanish. Those feelings are caused by the processed and type of fat. With the amount of fiber I get from all the plants, I don’t have the feeling of hunger like before, because all the gut microbes have plenty to eat no matter how deep into my intestines they are. In the realm of mindfulness, it’s clearer when I learned to feel the effect that animal processed foods have. I don’t even look at those food as food anymore, I see them as junk, poison almost. I look at those knowing the poor effect they’ll have on my mind state after. Plant foods leave such a cleaner mental feeling that all I want to eat. Oh I know that feeling, the heartburn was my closest friend for several years, it was here after every meal, especially the baked ones. I was so used to it that I didn’t realize how much it affects my life in general. It was almost like a revelation when I’ve found the meds that fits me, the false feeling of hunger disappeared, I began to eat less and weigh less and finally started to feel good and healthy.
